Model: Tapo RV50 Pro Omni
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

The last few days my RV50 Pro Omni has not been able to run properly as it constantly comes up with the alert "Mopping Attachment Removed - Please Check."

This causes it to stop cleaning meaning it never really gets started.

I've taken a look and seems we're on the latest firmware. However, when turning the Omni upside down to look at the attachments the right hand side attachment does not seem to have a strong connection? The mopping attachment on the left hand side (I.e. the arm that swings out) connects firmly and is difficult to get off. As such I think it's an issue with the RHS.

How can I resolve this?

Looks like it may not actually be the right hand side as I managed to connect whilst the Robot was on.

However, I'm still having the problem.

If possible can I have a firmware update pushed to my device?

A beta firmware is available to resolve this issue. If you would like to try it, send me the Mac address of your device via private message.

Before the Upgrade

(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.

@ConnorSteensel  Beta firmware has been sent to your device, you may check it 30 minutes later in the Tapo app and perform the update.
