Ok I am at my wits end. I have bought the AX3000 Deco x50 and gone through the setup only to get no internet access and the red light of death. I have turned on, turned off, rebooted, rang my ISP and nothing seems to work. The PPPoE is correct as is the passwords and usedname. I am at the point where a double bladed battle axe may feature in it's future so any help at all will be gratefully accepted. Easy set up my  #&*&#

Usually, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.

Unable to connect to the Internet when setting up the main Deco
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for troubleshooting.
  1. Who is your ISP? In addition to the username and password, did the ISP provide a VLAN ID for configuration?
  2. If you only have the PPPoE username and password, please disconnect the main Deco from the modem, connect the same Ethernet cable from the modem to a PC, then set up a PPPoE connection on your PC and check if it helps. For example: How to set up a PPPoE connection on Windows 8&10 
  3. If your PC has no internet connection, the problem may be that your ISP provides incorrect information, or they do not provide internet connection to your home.
  4. If your PC has internet directly without setting up the PPPoE connection, when configuring the main Deco, the connection type should be Dynamic IP.
