Hello

 

Recently when I go into the security tab it offers me more insights with Aieral but when I try and accept the agreement it simply gives me a failed. 
 

Should this be shown or is it not released yet?

This sounds like an issue with the app not being able to save your settings when accepting the agreement. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. After opening the Deco app, wait for a few minutes before trying to accept the agreement.
2. Force close the Deco app completely and try again.
3. Ensure your phone is connected to the Deco Wi-Fi network before opening the Deco app and attempting to accept the agreement.
4. Make sure your Deco app is updated to the latest version from Google Play or the App Store.

 

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know

Hi,
Please provide the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Deco app version?
  2. Please send us a screenshot of the Deco app > Security tab page that shows the Aieral feature and a screenshot of the error message after you accept the agreement.
