Hello,

I just bought a Pack of 2 Tapo C210 Indoor Cameras (the two cameras come inside the same box).

On the first one, I was able to setup and everything went as expected.

On the second one, the LED stays solid Red.

I tried to perform a factory reset (pressing the reset button for more than 5 seconds). I tried to unplug and replug power. I tried the other power adapter. I tried to press the reset button for a long period.

However, the LED stays solid Red.

Can you please help me?
