Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.9.2 Build 20250924 Rel. 41302

Hi, I got a message from my Delta internet provider to upgrade my 4 Deco M5 satellites to the firmware 1.9.2. However, after this upgrade, after a while the connection to the main Deco drops out. Sometimes a flashing red light, sometimes constant red light.

The only solution is to power off the main deco and then turn it on again.

It happens after a few days, sometimes a few hours.

I never had this problem before the upgrade. This is not acceptabele as it seriously hampers my work and family at home.

Since I read that newer firmwares are already coming (I saw 1.9.3 and even 1.9.4), when will this be available in the Netherlands, and will they solve this problem?

Hi,
The new firmware(v1.9.4) for the Deco M5 V3 is fully released. When the Deco is working, please go to the Deco app > More > System > Update Deco to update your Deco's firmware version.

Alternatively, you can download the new firmware here and update it manually via the Deco's web UI.
