I am unable to connect to any other Band except Band 40 of airtel. I think this happned after i did a cell lock. Tried factory reset. But no luck. Does not show network if Band 40 is not available. Please help.

When the router has a SIM card inserted but no internet connection, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
No internet service on LTE Gateway Router
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
1. Send us a screenshot of the MR6400's web UI > Advanced > Status page.
2. Which 4G bands does your SIM card support?
3. When the router has no internet, please remove the SIM card from the router and connect it to your phone. Do you have internet on your phone? If so, which network band is your phone connected to?
