Stuck on 1.2.0: Requesting Push for Official Stable 1.2.10 Build 20251229 — Deco BE65(AU) V2
Hello,
I am trying to update my Australian Deco BE65 V2 mesh system to the official stable 1.2.10 Build 20251229 firmware release.
Currently, my system is stuck on version 1.2.0. When I check for updates via both the Deco Mobile App and the local web management browser interface, it incorrectly states that my system is completely "Up to Date."
I have already tried force-closing the app, clearing the app cache, and performing a full physical restart of my main Deco hardware node, but the system still will not pull the update from the cloud servers. I also noticed that the main tracking thread for this firmware version on the forum is now locked, so I could not reply there.
Could a TP-Link forum administrator or support engineer please flag my system profile to manually force the official, stable 1.2.10 Build 20251229 over-the-air update directly to my network?
(Note: Admin, please send me a private message if you require my specific TP-Link ID email address or the physical hardware serial numbers to process the cloud push).
