Hi,
On the TL-MR100, please check whether the Wi-Fi LED is on.
1) If the Wi-Fi LED is off, please log in to the router's web UI through a wired connection, then go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings page, check the Enable Wireless Radio option, save the settings, then go to System Tools > Reboot to reboot the router to ensure the changes take effect.
If you can't log in to the router's web UI, press the Reset button on the router until the Power LED starts flashing to reset it to its factory default settings. Then check if the Wi-Fi LED turns on.
2) If the Wi-Fi LED is on, please log in to the router's web UI through a wired connection, then go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings page, uncheck the Hide SSID option, change the Wi-Fi channel, save the settings, go to System Tools > Reboot to reboot the router, and check if this helps.
Please provide the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
1. Can other Wi-Fi devices detect the router's Wi-Fi network?
2. Does the router go to the internet through a SIM card? Who is the SIM card provider?
3. Please send us a screenshot of the router's web UI > Advanced > Status page.
