After recent auto update all apple devices can't connect to Wi-Fi
It's either infinite spinner with no connection, or succesful connection with no internet.
- rebooting Deco via app does not help
- restarting Apple devices does not help
- forgetting network does not help
The only thing that seems to be working - is disconnecting power cord for a few minutes. But it only helps for 12-24 hours, the problem shows up again after that.

@HelpFixDecoApp it's 1.0.
Another, probably useful tip, is that when I say "unplugging power cord from Deco" - I mean I power off the main node that is connected to the modem by ethernet cable, but it also powers off the modem itself. I would have thought that the problem is with the modem, but the issues started to appear immediately after a Deco auto update at 3am. I had no Wi-Fi available on my phone up until I reset power on the main node later in the morning. And then every day after that.

@HelpFixDecoApp I'm in Latin America.
Is there a way to rollback to previous firmware version? Now even my Win desktop says "No internet" while Deco mobile app shows "Everything looks good".

Hi,
Regarding the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Is your Windows PC connected to the Deco network via Wi-Fi or a wired connection? Do you have other devices that have an internet connection when connecting to the Deco network?
2. What's the LED status on the main Deco? If you have an internet IP address on the Deco app > More > Internet Connection, but all the client devices have no internet, please refer to the following instructions to change the DNS server and check if it helps: How to Change DNS Settings on Your TP-Link Deco
3. If the main Deco has no internet connection, please disconnect the main Deco from the modem, connect a Windows PC to the modem via the same Ethernet cable, and check if the PC has an internet connection.
Best Regards
