H200 and C545D
We're having issues connecting this camera to the H200 Hub. Both devices have updated firmware. Is this camera not supported by the hub?

Tapo H200 just released a new firmware (version 1.7.1 Build 20260515 rel.61602) that adds support for the dual-lens cameras, including the Tapo C545D. However, please note that the new firmware is typically released using a “gradual rollout” process. This means it’s first pushed to a small percentage of devices, and the rollout percentage is gradually increased over time. So, if your device isn’t detecting the new version yet, that’s completely normal. Wait patiently, the rollout will continue until it reaches all devices.

It's unusual to have to wait for firmware update to be rolled out 'gradually' when it's already available. Do we have any guarantee that it will come? Any timeframe maybe. We'd be risking the data or camera recording on the camera itself instead of being able to save it on the hub.
We don’t have specific details or timelines regarding the firmware release schedule. Once a new firmware version completes its rollout, it will be available for all devices to detect and install, so there’s no need for concern.
