Hey all this camera was working great until I charged the battery. Ever since then I haven't been receiving notifications. I followed all steps on the multiple troubleshooting threads out there. I also have a D230 doorbell camera which hasn't had this issue. I'm thinking it's either software or hardware related on the C425.
