I recommend creating a separate feature request post for this idea. Tapo Feature Requests - Start a New Thread Alternatively, you could also update the title of your current post to something more specific, like: “H500 + Doorbell: Support for recording only unfamiliar faces, not familiar ones.” Once you do that, I can move the post to the Feature Requests section for you.

This way, other users who share the same idea can find it, vote for it, and join the discussion. Our product team regularly reviews and evaluates feature requests. Posts that gain high votes and include detailed use case descriptions – explaining why it’s needed, how it would be used, etc. – are prioritized for review.
