I can connect to my Tapo C425 intermittently. Every second attempt comes up with a network issue. Firmware is up-to-date and my Tapo app is up-to-date. I have changed the router settings as recommended to channel one and 20 MHz. The issue also happens when I try to connect to the camera remotely.
In addition to this when motion is detected I do not get notifications. There are camera recordings when motion is detected but no notification.
This is a new device and it is very frustrating. I would love to get it fixed.
