I connected the tapo h110 at home in front of the air conditioner, and I prove the remote and was working well, but it says that didn't work away from home. I buy this gadget for this to power on my air conditioner when I was coming to home and I found muy house fresh. Is there any suggestion? Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad e

Hi, it was working until yesterday, Tapo must have broken something last night...  @Pens

  @Pens I've had this same issue, it's been working fine up until last night. It's now useless unless I'm at home connected to the WiFi, even still tho Alexa now doesn't control any IR controls due to this issue.

me too in italy, till yesterday evening all ok, this morning my air conditioners controlled by 3 IR hubs are offline
I've already tried everything but nothing changes.

Thanks for the reports. Some adjustments have been made on the cloud end and that should address this issue. Please check your device’s current status and let us know. If it doesn’t automatically recover, please try restarting both your router and the Tapo hub first.
