Firmware Version: 1.2.6

I bought a 2 pack of C210 cameras

 

Got one set up without any issues and its connected working

 

The second, if I try to set it up, connect to its wifi on my phone taking the same steps as I did before, it keeps failing to connect?

 

any ideas would be amazing!

Hello,

 If you get the Error “Unable to Find/Connect to this Tapo Camera”, please try the following steps:

    1. Confirm the camera model selected in the app is correct. Move your phone/tablet closer to the camera.

    2. Disable cellular data, VPNs, and ad‑blocking apps.

    3. On iOS, ensure Local Network is enabled: Why do I need to give Local Network permission to TP-Link apps in iOS devices?

    4. Wi‑Fi models: Ensure the phone is connected to the camera’s default Wi‑Fi.
