Deco 6E cannot create its new SSID

Bonjour

Le DECO XE75 Pro US ne peut créér son réseau. Lors de son essai tout semble aller, mais juste avant la fin la lumière rouge s'installe.

Le Message est: pas de connection internet !

Pourtant mon ordinateur est relié via un câble ethernet au routeur FIZZ

J'ai reset plusieurs fois le routeur déco et le routeur Fizz: toujours le même résultat.

Pouvez vous me donner un tutoriel qui est très détaillé pour l'installer ?

Hi,
If you have internet when connecting a PC directly to the Fizz router via an Ethernet cable, but get stuck on "no internet connection" when configuring the main Deco, the instructions in the following video may help.
What to do if I fail to configure the main Deco and get stuck on "Testing Internet Connection"?

If the same phenomenon persists, it's recommended to contact the technical support team for assistance.
