1. Could you please confirm if this specific camera is actively listed and covered under your current Tapo Care subscription plan? You can check this within the Tapo app by navigating to Tapo Care -> My Devices.
2. Screenshot of the Ad/Page: The next time you see an ad within the app, could you: Tap on it to see where it leads; Take a screenshot of the page or prompt that appears and send it to us.
3. Please share App Logs: How to get the log of Tapo app
