Time stamp not showing

If I log into my NC200 camera via its ip address on my network I can change various settings including the option to show the current time and date. This is displayed while I'm logged in there, but when I view the camera via the cloud, the time and date aren't shown.
Also, if I've gone away from my home and not turned the motion detector on, I can't see any way of doing that remotely. I can only do that by logging in on the network when I'm at home. How can you set the motion detection from a remote location?
