Archer VR900 no LEDs ??
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version :

Hi there.
I've recently acquired an Archer VR900 R1 and there are no LED lights active on the unit at all. Despite holding the LED button on the side of the unit for a variety of seconds, nothing comes on. All else works fine. Does anyone have any idea?
Many thanks
Paul

Hi,
Please check whether you have enabled LED control/night mode.
Login to the web UI of the VR900 first and then go to advanced-system tools-LED control to confirm it.
Meanwhile, ensure the power led is turned on, then you can hard reset by holding the reset button/hole for 10s to give it a shot.
May it help and have a nice day.

If still the same, you can email our tech support with the thread link attached to check the warranty service.

The problem is not the leds but the plastic cover in front. Because of overheat the white plastic is burned, has become brown and the led light cannot passthrough. None is going to answer your question because this is a quality issue. And I wonder why on a so expensive modem router. I paid 180 euros to buy.
The only way to fix is to remove front cover and drill carefully holes on inside plastic cover trying not to drill the outer. This is difficult because there is glue holding both front plastic covers.
And yes the VR900 OVERHEATS. Since the beggining
