Firstly, make sure the firmware is the latest one.
If it's range extender mode, change the wireless channel of main home Wi-Fi.
If it's access point mode, try to change the channel on RE650.

It's in Extender mode.
My firmware is already updated to the latest version, but i don't see an option to change the channels (2.4ghz & 5ghz).

I have mine set as an extender, only using the 2.4 gig on the Telstra gateway and the RE650 is extending only the 2.4 gig.
Complaints happen at least once a day the internet disconnecting people connected to the wired network, then locks up the internet until I unplug the RE650, then all good again.
wireless devices connected to this is an Iphone, googlehome mini, apple tv (not always on) and TPlink TP-Link HS100 x 2 and TP-Link LB100 x 2.
Since I have disconnected the RE650 extender, the Telstra gateway 2.4 Gig wifi router seems to pickup all devices well even though they are far away
I have left it disconnected but would rather have the extender working as it would take the pressure off the Telstra wifi router but I cant trust it locking up the internet especially with child playing games on net.
Is there a way I can retrieve a log from the RE650 if so let me know, otherwise if you have a new firmware let me know happy to try.
I am quite technical

I simply got another one of these and placed it in a double socket next to the Range Extender and connected the two with a cable. This seems to have solved my issue for the time being, having a cable link between the extender and the router rather than a WiFi link. Not ideal but at least its working.
I also reserved an IP address for the range extender and set the channels for the 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz to those recommended in other posts here, in the SKY hub

Same as everyone else here. Kept disconnecting from the host. Sent it back. There's your fix.

@Kevin_Z Let me narrow down the problem for you without filling out the form - its overheating.
Your company saved money on engineers or copper or aluminum.
Now part of chipset is restarting when can't deal with load. And we loose Zoom and Google meet connection during meetings....

Hello @MediaStream
May I know the model of your Range extender, do you mean RE will reboot if there is a heavy load? If so, you could try to connect devices on 2 different Wi-Fi bands, and connect Wi-Fi clients with heavy load on 5Ghz band, other client use 2.4Ghz band.
Also confirm RE650 is the with the latest firmware here. Latest one is RE650_V1_201112 for now
Btw,when did you purchase the extender, and how long it has been working with the same router?
Here is a detailed troubleshooting guide to for RE unstable issue, you could give it a try and feel free to let us know if helps:
