Hi,

 

You can use parental control to satisfy your needs. 

 

Below is the instruction to set it up. 

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/1531/ 

 

You can choose blacklist and add the particular websites into it, then the devices under parental control won't be able to access them during the internet access time.
