Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hello,

My question is about the Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender

Model: TL-WA854RE    Ver: 2.0

I didn't find this model in the dropdown list for some reason.

When I installed the extender correctly it did extend my Wi-Fi network but only the 2.4GHz one.

I've been trying to figure out how to extend my 5.0GHz network instead of the 2.4GHz one but I just can't to find the sollution on how to do so.

Does anyone know how to do this?

@AB05

The TL-WA850RE is a single band extender, it supports 2.4GHz only.

If you want to extend the 5GHz, you can buy a dual band wifi extender, like RE450, RE650.
