Connection failed to a new bough Sengled bulb
Dear sir,
I bough a new Sengled Smart Wi-Fi LED Soft White A19 Bulb, No Hub Required, 2700K, 60W Equivalent, Works with Alexa & Google Assistant, from Amazon today, and tried to connect to this new device but failed.
This device can’t be recognized by Deco App while I tried to search it by App. But it is working fine with Sengled’s App. Can you advice how to trouble shooting? And can you tell me what kind of Sengled’s bulb be supported by Deco? Thanks.
