Hey, 

 

I've been trying to setup my tp-link extender. 
Someone have also tired to set it up before me. 

Wireless LED is blinking all the time. 
I have factory reset it more then once. 

I've tried WPS and push "lock" botton

Hello, you can hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole for 1s first.

 

Then please connect to the extender and log into the web UI and configure it with the main router's wifi password.
