Hi, Should my RE450 be able to pick up the WiFi signal from a tp link powerline adapter WiFi extender TL‑WPA8630 or will it only pick and boost the sognal from my main router?

Hi, yes, you can configure the RE450 to extend the powerline adapter WiFi extender TL‑WPA8630's network as well, just set it up like extending a router's wifi.
