Hi,

 

I bought this product from amazon in 2019. from the last one year I didn't face any problem with my router. But suddenly, yesterday my all device was automatically disconnected.

I also raised a complaint with my ISP (Internet Service Provider). They also changed the IP address but router working only for 4 or 5 seconds and then again disconnected.

 

When the ISP change my router with there own, all the devices working properly.

 

I tried to connect with customer care on toll-free number 1800-20948-168 which is not in working condition and on email id which they didn't respond yet.

 

Please let me know what should I do?

Hello,

 

How about the WAN/Internet light on the Archer C6, is it green or orange? Please log into the router web UI and confirm the status, a screenshot would be appreciated.

 

Please try to reset the Archer C6 to factory defaults and check if it will make a difference.

 

Additionally, please send us the whole system log and we will investigate further, thanks.

@Kevin_Z First of all, I would like to thank you for your reply. Secondly, I had a conversation with Tp-link technical team and they said I have to update the firmware. After doing that Router was running properly. But now I am facing issue router is losing the Internet for a few minutes. First, the light becomes orange and in a few seconds, it becomes green again. I also had a talk with ISP and they said there is no issue with the internet. I reboot my router as well as modem several times but still facing the same issue What should I do? Waiting for the reply

Can you please show us the firmware version of your Archer C6 router? Have you tried to reset it to factory defaults, then reconfigure it from scratch to confirm? If not yet, give it a go first, then monitor.

 

BTW, who is your ISP please? What if you connect your old router back, will it connect stably?

 

If the old router is stable and the C6 still lose the connection, please share with us the whole system log on the C6 (System Tools>>System Log), then we will confirm.

ISP is FibreAir and my plan is 100mpbs. ISP changed their modem but I am facing the same issue with Tp-link router.
