The whole ring is only blinking blue, no Connection with lan cable possible
tried to reset, but it seems that nothing changed. What can I do?

Is there any change that you could post a video clip about the blinking blue ring?
Where are you located and how long have you had the 850RE?
After reset, the lights would still keep blinking? Would some lights turn off, like RE or signal light?
