Deco M9+ setup
Hi,
A couple of questions on Deco M9+:
1. When the Deco units are in Access Point mode, are the SSIDs for the units different? Or will they still function as a mesh with 1 SSID?
2. Here is the planned setup for our home. Will this work?
Many thanks

Hello, thanks for asking.
Yes, all the Deco nodes will still share the same SSID when in Access Point mode, and it is suggested to disable the wireless on the dual WAN router if it has one to reduce the interference.
Yes again, the below layout is OK and Deco nodes can build up Ethernet backhaul to each other. What's Ethernet backhaul and how will it work? Please check the below:

One more question: if devices are in router mode, would the pictured setup still work?
Many thanks

Presumably you would be replacing the dual router with one of the M9's?
In which case, yes, that is pretty much how I have it.
