Have you tried de-selecting the fast roaming option for the SONOS products? You do that in the Deco app.

@Janingo

Yes,  please disable the fast roaming on the Deco APP to have a look;

And if possible, please also  temporary disconnect the two satellite Decos, only leave the main Deco and check again where the Sonos would disconnect or not.

Thanks and wait for your reply.

@TP-Link Thank you for your answer. I might be stupid when it comes to technicalities, but I cant find out where i disconect the fast roaming in the app. Could you please give further instructions?

Thank you @Janingo - but i cant seem to find where i disconect the fast roaming. Could you help with further instructions? My app is not set to English either, so that might be what making it difficult (of course also my technical intellect).

@MKOLEK

open Deco app, go to the Overview Page (bottom left corner).

Press "Internet" (looks like a globe).

Press the Deco to which the Sonos is connected.

Find the Sonos in the list and de-select MESH on the toggle switch.

@MKOLEK

Hi, sorry for the delay.

As for the fast roaming, it is under More>Advanced> fast roaming;

 For the Mesh technology option, please go to online device list, then click this device, and choose the ‘gear button’ on the top right then you will see the Mesh Technology toggle.

Thank you and wait for your reply.

@TP-Link thanks for the reply. Still not getting this to work, done everything as told, but it is highly unstable and disconnects every two minutes. Now the issue is that the sonos disconnects from the mesh. And I'm not able to play sonos at all.

not sure what to do.

@MKOLEK

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

Was your SonosZP connected to the Deco by cable?

Since Mesh option is only visible for mobile devices;

And did you still have the unstable issue with the Sonos speaker, if yes, please leave me a private message and I would be glad to forward your case to the senior engineers,

Thank you.
