Hi Team-

 

It seems that I'm  having trouble setting up the deco router. I have sueccessfully activated it after downloading the Deco app but it won't detect Internet.  I tried to switch to my modem network ID and all my devices can connect to the internet using the modem network name. But when I will choose the network name for deco it won't connect to tye Internet.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

Did you still have the same issue?

If yes, could you please help me check the following information:

  1. What the color of the LED light on the main Deco?
  2. What is the IP address under More>advanced>IPv4 and which connection type did you choose, dynamic IP or PPPoE?
  3. Could you please provide a picture of your network structure, such as cable modem---main router—Deco?

Also the ip address is 192.168.68.100
