Hi community. I've had this wifi-bluetooth card installed in a new-build PC for four months and it's always worked intermittently. Randomly I would lose all wireless capability and my PC would tell me that I had no network card installed. A restart would normally get it working again. Today it's stopped working completely. My computer won't even recognise that I've got a card installed so upgrading drivers would be pointless. Plus I've got the latest anyway. Restarting does not resolve it. I've seen several threads here with people reporting the same problem, and various fixes, but no-one has posted that the fixes actually worked. Before I disappear down a rabbit hole, does anyone have a fix they can vouch for? Or would I be better off scrapping this card and getting a different brand? My mobo is a Gigabyte microATX and has no inbuilt wifi/bluetooth so there's no issue of clashing - and when the card is working at all, it works well. Any help much appreciated

@newt1066 Hello,

When ' PC would tell me that I had no network card installed'  please check if TPLINK adapter (or Intel AX200 ) is detected in device manager:

Here is a guide to check wireless adapter in Device manager:

If TX3000E can not be found on Device Manager when issue happens,  please refer to this TX3000E thread for troubleshooting like upgrade Bios, safe mode and turn off power save settings:
