Archer A6 (AC1200) not working after firmware upgrade !!
Hi All,
I have upgraded the firmware via the auto suggestions available , I saw there were some issue happened and it asked me to download manually and upgrade, I reboot the machine and after that I see all the light is ON but I could not able to web login via tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1 anymore.
Reset doesn't work either.
What should be done next ? It's within 6 month of buy ?
Any leads will be highly appreciated !!
Thanks

Please refer to this guide to do a firmware recovery via the web interface:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1482/
If this still doesn't help, you can try the suggestions provided by other customers, which is resetting the router by following the 30 30 30 rule:

If none of these helps, you will need to contact the local tech support to check if this is still under warranty according to the warranty policy in your region.

I have not noticed the FW version it was shown during the update as it from the browser notification in tiplinkwifi.net page.
I want to flash the firmware from tftp, do we know the server IP to configure ?
I saw few post saying how to do it using the reset button + power button. Can you help to tell on this.
Want to know if this version support tftp firmware update. ??
If not what should we do now ?
If I could do this then home it will work.
Thanks,
Pradipta

While exploring , I have flashed the openwrt default image after following some YouTube as there is not much help on to link site or anywhere ,may he this router is new one.
But unfortunately, there is no gui to it as there is no internet ,I could not download luci package suggested .
I am stuck now.
May be tftp boot will work, but I came to know this router support uboot upgrade in a different way ( no like holding reset 5 sec then switch on, which works in other routers from tplink) .
If you can tell how can I upgrate the FW using TFTP that will really help.
My last option is to contact the support team.
Thanks,
Pradipta

Is your problem resolved? Am facing the same issue with Archer A6 firmware update yesterday. Not able to contact the support team as well by phone.
Please let me know the solution if you had one.
Thanks
