Restricted upload speed

Hi, I'm using xDSL modem Archer VR2100 here in the Czech Republic. My provider is T-Mobile on VDSL2 metallic network managed by Cetin. In these days (by 1st June) there was increased upload speed from 10 to 20 Mbps for 100/10 plan. But my modem decrease speed from 10 to 7 Mbps. After some check line quality by Cetin and T-Mobile (everything is OK) I have tried the factory settings of modem, but no success - still 7 Mbps on upload. I used newest firmware 1.4.0_0.9.1. Last option was downgrade to version 1.0.0 0.9.1 (it is very first version that came with modem). And result? SUCCESS - my upload is now on 25 Mbps. So, it seems, that the latest firmware contains some bug inside, that makes the communication incorrect. Just for info for all with same problem.

there are requested screenshots. All screenshots and tests has been made on PC with fresh install of Windows, connected to modem by wire (1 Gbps network card). Tests were done few minutes between them (time which was needed to flash another firmware version of modem). Network was without any comunnication (no IPTV, no streamed music, no other persons on my LAN). I'm reverting back to older version now again and waiting for release the new firmware. Thank you.
