Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.2

I enabled guest network to see if that helped with an issue I was having with my Sonos, but when I have turned guest network off and rebooted my Deco, the app claims there is still a device connected to the guest network.

 

How is that even possible, and how do I fix it?

Hi, have you tried to refresh or log out/in the Deco APP, as well as reboot all the Deco units to have a look?

If the issue still existed, please go to Deco APP>Overview>settings on the top left>help>suggestions and send the APP log to us?
