Model: Deco P7  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.49

Today my Deco P/ network suddenly crashed and all setting were lost. I have 5 Decos and all names and settings are gone. I spend 3 hours and it´s still not working as before.

The LAN Backhaut is not working anymore. I got it running by factory resting but now I have far lower speed. Had 138MBit and now 20MBit.

 

This is just the pick of the iceberg as since I bought it I am not really happy as thr Mesh system is unstable.

 

Is there a firmware update in the pipe to fix the P7 model ?

Hi, May I know how long have you had Deco P7?
Could you please draw a picture of your network topology?
I think the slow speed might be caused by the LAN backhaul.
As for the unstable mesh, I am afraid that you might need to provide more details about it, like:
--Did any unit turn red？
--Did all the devices have the unstable issue?

network diagram:


 

unstable mesh= The deco units disappear and appear in the network randomly.

network speed is not stable.

connection between the decos are suddenly broken.

I have the units since August 2018.
