Hi, I have a problem with my extender.

When I connect, it appears a panel, where is written "Login to the hotspot can't open the page because it couldn't connect to the server".

I have done a reset, holding reset first for 5 seconds, then for 30 seconds, but nothing, the error is always there..

What can I do?

Hello@Manuel99 ,

You could close the portal page , turn off the mobile data on the phone. 

Make sure mobile phone is still connect to ' Range extender _XXX' SSID, and open a new page in web browser, and try "192.168.0.254' or 'tplinkreapeater.net'

Please also try a different device, like a different mobile phone or hotspot Wi-Fi . Try a different web browser to login web.
