I think there might be two possible reasons:

1. the Ethernet cable between the Deco is only up to 100m/s.

2. the Link speed of Ethernet ports on the satellite Deco is only 100m/s.

So there are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Swap a new cable, cat 6 or 7 would be perfect.

2. Unplug the Ethernet cable between main Deco and Deco 2, plug your computer via Ethernet cable to main Deco and check the Ethernet link speed on the main Deco;

3. Then check the wireless speed and Ethernet speed on Deco 2 when it Is wirelessly connected to the main Deco.
