I have a deco x20 and it just refuses to connect.

 

It says the ISP username and password is incorrect, but the ISP folks insist that is not the case. I also used the same username and password to log into their portal to view my connection status.

Hi, I guess you are using the PPPoE connection type?

May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your ISP cable/fiber modem?

And can I have a screenshot that Deco kept saying incorrect username and password?

Update:

just now, I see from the cloud server that the Deco is online now.

So I guess the configuration is successful now,

If yes, May I know how you have fixed the issue?
