Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Since last week my perfectly performing x20 Mesh network has not worked.

We constantly get password authentification error message and when we do briefly connect it is only for 30 seconds

The network works fine through a ethernet cable but the WiFi just will not work.

Weve rebooted, renamed the network, changed password, turned almost every option back on and off again to no avail.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Our case has been escalated to an engineer whom are all off work due to the Chinese New Year.

Any help appreciated :)

@TP-Link if I remove the network and start again. It works for a few hours than back to the same issue.

I have spent 3 hours with the senior engineer and it is still not fixed.

We have agreed a replacement of the X20 system.

If anyone has had this issue and resolved it. Please help!

  @PeachyP

Hi, nice to see you again, and thank you for the update.

Since your case is quite unusual, it is more likely an issue with the product.

A replacement might save more time and we would also be appreciated if you could update here with the further performance of the replacement.

Thank you very much for your time and patience so far.
