Lost my network

Ive had my system set up & running for 2 years+ and today internet went off, came back on and it has forgotten everything, tried to set up again, wouldn't let me. Pressed the reset button and tried again but it said couldn't duplicate a network. Now stuck with solid red light and no network, everything is set to that so really frustrating! Can anyone advise? Thanks:)
