After doing all the configuration setup it doesn't connect to the network
May I know the hardware and firmware versions of TD-W8961N as well?
and who is your internet service provider?
Please refer to the following suggestions:
1. make sure the DSL light is on.--since it is ADSL only, it would not work with VDSL service.
2. Please go to Status>Device Info>WAN and check whether there is an IP address under PVC profile.--if not, please check with ISP whether you have used the correct internet connection type, username, and password.
