@Kevin_Z Something else to consider - I'm a home user with the TP-Link Archer AX6000 and the Starlink Gen 2 router. I could not put the Gen 2 router in Bypass mode and get a connection to the AX6000. Part of my solution was to replace the Starlink Ethernet Adapter. Although I had 2 new Ethernet Adapters, both were defective and Starlink replaced them for me. They have a know issue with these i.e. packet losses. From the Command Prompt, I would ping Google.com and one out of every four pings had packet losses. Just an FYI.

Hello all,

I'm tagging all of you to inform you that our developers have provided a new beta firmware, which aims to resolve the WAN/Internet connection issue with Starlink on Archer AX11000 and AX6000. It's suggested to install the beta firmware on your AX11000/AX6000 to confirm if it does resolve the previous issue.

If you are willing to give it a try, please download and install the beta firmware we provided in my original post. Please let me know if it helps or not.

Thank you very much.

@JohnLi You are a lifesaver. I also have an AX90 (Archer AX6600) and can confirm that all I had to do was move the cable from the 2.5Gbps to the 1.0Gbps. No beta firmware, no switches, no changing the negotiation. Just plug it in to the 1.0 WAN port

@Braveheart1980  Yes. I would suggest you disable auto update and wait for the official version.

This method of what you did and the parameters worked for me, I have the ax11000 and it was a pain to be limited to 100mb now I'm able to bump it up to 1000mb thank god.   @PerrySSP

@Atatsiak glad it worked! I ended up combining the starlink alongside another microwave connection (40 mbps) I already had via a dual wan router. It's been working pretty well overall including the load balancing function between the two. Overall starlink is so so in Colorado where I'm at. Bandwidth is good in the mornings but pretty awful in the evenings. The microwave company is promising they'll have 100mbps soon at which point I may drop the starlink. All a separate issue than the router issues but related to the overall solution!!

Hello @Axel1999ca

Thank you for following up on this topic.

It's not allowed to install the beta firmware that we provided on this topic on your Archer GX90. The beta firmware is only available for AX11000 and AX6000 right now.

Have you tried to change the Internet Negotiation Speed to 100Mbps to observe if the GX90 will connect to the Starlink network?
