I had two deco networks set up in two different houses, but we sold one house and now I want to add the units from that house to my existing network.  My existing Network has 8 units currently on it, all either M9 Plus or M5 units.  I have reset the units that I am transfering, and I get a flashing blue light, but when I try to connect the unit, the app tells me that "we couldn't find another Deco."  I have placed the new deco right next to a working one.

Is there any reason why it wouldn't be ablt to add these units? I've tried it with two different units from the old system, and both failed during set up.

I've never had an issue adding units in the past.

  @Hakmusic9

Hi, welcome to the community.

I see the firmware of your Deco M9 plus is still 1.2.12 which is a little old and please refer to this link to update M9 plus to 1.5.6 first.

After that, please refer to the following suggestions to try to add the satellite again:

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
