Model: Archer AX10000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1.3

I saw this thread from 2020 and I am encountering the exact issue in 2022 with the latest firmware.  My printers are discoverable and work for sometime after the router reboot.  At some point (undetermined) - it loses connectivity.  I am unable to ping the printer IPs and hence nothing happens when I print.  Once I reboot - it works for some time.

Is it possible to downgrade the firmware until a fix is published?  or do you have a beta build I can try?

@nati9

Can I confirm how does the printer connect to the AX11000? Wired or wirelessly? If it connects to the wireless network, which network does it connect to, 2.4G or 5G?

If the printer only supports 2.4G connection, please try disabling the Smart Connect on the AX11000, and connect the printer to the 2.4G network to monitor the connectivity. You can also modify the 2.4G wireless settings, and change the security to WPA2-PSK, AES.

How about other wireless devices, are they connected to the AX11000 fine?
