DECO M5 Slow Speed
Ever since 1.6 was launched I am unable to get my internet speed from my ISP.
ISP Provided 1gig
Connecting directly to the line with a laptop gives me 900mb
Connecting with M5 deco gives me 8mb
Issue seems to be the router
i cannot revert the update and i cannot use my router. what are my options?

Hi, here are some suggestions:
1. please check whether you have enabled QOS under More>Homecare>QOS.
--You could set the max bandwidth at 1000Mbps or higher.
2. check on the speed of different clients in case the slow speed is specific to one client only.
3. Please test internet speed under More>Router settings to see how much speed you could get.
By the way, have you tried a factory reset before?
And may I know who is your internet service provider?

1. enabled
2. curiously i had same speed on clients in the previous few days. however, when i checked after i read your message my wifi was fast again. I updated drivers on my realtek lan controller and updated some settings and it fixed itself!
3. was low before but high now 800ish MBs
i did try factory reset but that didnt work a few days ago
