Model: TL-WPA9610 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.2.4_902012_170628_903

My powerline keeps dropping both wifi signals intermittently and then reconnecting a few seconds later. This only started after I changed routers, however if I connect to the power line using an ethernet cable, the signal doesn't drop, so the router is not the issue. The connection between the 2 powerlines also never fails. Only the wifi between the powerline to the connected devices drops out.

I have tried a firmware update, total reset, repositioning the powerline to a different location, but nothing helps. Any help would be apprectiated.

Thanks

 Hello  @Airmec

If the wired connection of the WPA9610kit is stable, the unstable wireless can be due to the Wi-Fi interference or congested channels.

You could change a different Wi-Fi channel for the Wi-Fi of power line device by logging the web UI of the Wi-Fi powerline device

Try to lower the channel width to 2.4Ghz : 20Mhz, 5Ghz 40Mhz

More detailed steps, please check this troubleshooting FAQ - Case2
