Is this the latest firmware for X60 v3?

A quick question on X60 v3 firmware. Is 1.0.12 Build 20220424 Rel. 71533 the latest firmware? Because when I see it on the website, it shows Deco X60(US)_V3_1.0.13 Build 20220805. However, I tried to update it using the web interface, but it failed. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

1.0.13 is the latest firmware version and may I know how you installed 1.0.12 on the Deco X60-V3? or is it the built-in version since you purchased it?
And can I have a screenshot of the error message when the firmware upgrade failed?

Yes, the 1.0.12 on the Deco X60-V3 (3 pack) is built in when I purchased the X60.
When I tried to update to 1.0.13, the upload process was successful; however, after that, it pop up message:
"Upgrade failed. Please select the latest version of firmware to upgrade."
Also, when I check online using the web interface, it says I have the latest firmware.

May I know who is your internet service provider? did you get the Deco from ISP directly?
Since I did not find 1.0.12 in the database, I think it might be one of the ISP-customized firmware versions.

I bought the X60 (3 pack) in Singapore through Amazon. It is not coming from any ISP. I installed my X60 in Jakarta and used Indonesia's ISP (IndiHome).
So, I don't think the firmware somehow correlated to my ISP.
The following are the copy info from the web interface:
Model: X60(3.0)
Firmware Version: 1.0.12 Build 20220424 Rel. 71533

After checking with the senior engineers, 1.0.12 Build 20220424 Rel. 71533 is the latest firmware for Deco X60(SG) V3 and it is the latest firmware version by now.
The 1.0.13 is not suitable for Deco X60(SG) V3 and could not be updated.
