Firmware Version: 171211-rel58800

I flashed openWRT firmware on my router but my router could not retain its settings upon every reboot. So, upon reverting back to its original firmware the router was bricked and keeps blinking green and orange. I have tried using tftpd64 to flash its original firmware. This it the firmware file name <TL-WR840Nv5_EU_0.9.1_3.16_up_boot[171211-rel58800].bin>  and this is the log from tftpd:

Connection received from 192.168.0.2 on port 4039 [12/02 10:47:38.817]
Read request for file <tp_recovery.bin>. Mode octet [12/02 10:47:38.817]
File <tp_recovery.bin> : error 2 in system call CreateFile The system cannot find the file specified. [12/02 10:47:38.817]
