Hello Dears,

I have a Archer AX11000 vrs1.1 in English, so I have followed this Forum and read that over 10,000 files the TP-LINK firmware does not work, in my case it is a 60T USB STORAGE connected via USB-C and the same thing happens for the PASTES with less than 10,000 files. Any solution?
Thank you very much.

Hello @vgarcia

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the TP-Link community.

Regarding the USB folder display issue, can I confirm the below?

1. How did you access the SSD when attaching it to the router? Please check this FAQ and ensure you are visiting the SSD correctly.

2. How many media files (images and videos) or folders are in this SSD? Can you see all the folders when it is attached to the computer directly?
3. What is the format of this SSD?
