Hi,

I recently purchased an AXE5400 setup from best buy.  It is a 3 pack of XE75 Pro units.  I set everything up and it was all good until today.  The performance is suddenly horrible.

My ping times are > 1 second.  My download time is only about 10 mbps (I have Gig internet). It's not a modem issue - I plug in directly to the modem and it's fine.

What's going on?  I rebooted the units, and it didn't help.

  @JeffEynon

Hi, welcome to the community.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. connect the ISP modem to another Ethernet port on the main Deco XE75 pro.

2. make sure the QOS is disabled or set as 1000/1000 m/s download and upload.

3. Disable UPNP under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

If it did not help, please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details:

1. may I know your internet service provider and the model number of ISP cable modem?

2. What is the modem number of the speedtest client? and Please refer to this link to check the link speed on the speedtest client when it is connected to main Deco XE75 pro:

How to check the associated/link speed on a wired client

How to check the associated/link speed on a wireless client

3. Please send me some screenshots of the speedtest results.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
